The Service

ZPN.me provides a browser-based URL-shortening utility. The current version stores link references locally in the browser that created them and does not promise that a short URL will resolve for other devices or users.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for every destination URL, alias, and use of the Service. You may not create, distribute, or promote links to malware, phishing, scams, spam, illegal, hateful, violent, exploitative, sexually explicit, copyright-infringing, or privacy-violating content; or bypass safeguards, rate limits, or security controls.

Intellectual property and reports

Keep all rights in your content. We may disable access where appropriate. Send rights or abuse reports through Contact with the relevant URL, description, and supporting information.

Warranty and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
